About the Event

The evening will begin with a gentle yoga flow, designed to open the heart and create space for love and connection. This will be followed by a sound bath experience, where participants will be surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls. The combination of movement and sound will create a relaxing and rejuvenating environment for you to connect and be fully present.
All levels welcome.

Bring your mat and any props you may need.
Venue open at 4pm. Session to start at 4.30pm. Please arrive earlier than starting time to park and settle in.
