Fairtrade certified, FAIR Mango Liqueur is crafted from Chulucanas mango juice sourced from northern Peru, a local variety renowned for its rich aromatic intensity. The juice is macerated for over two weeks in high-quality neutral alcohol, then slowly reduced with Fairtrade liquid sugar and demineralised water to achieve perfect balance. With its 18% ABV, it delights with a light texture and a pure, clean flavour, free from pulp and excess sweetness.
