A co-fermented blend of Pinot Grigio, Glera, Chardonnay grapes from the Venetian region. Fruity, with hints of white flowers and a surprising mineral sensation due to the Mediterranean breeze and the terroir near the Venice lagoon.
Cold and gentle pressing of the grapes after harvest to preserve freshness and bouquet. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks in contact with the yeasts to obtain more roundness.
Perfect as an everyday wine, taste and elegance will
