The name bitter salt or Epsom salt is often used for magnesium sulphate. Epsom salt comprises of 2 compounds, magnesium and sulphate, and has beneficial properties that can soothe the body, mind and soul.

    •    Foot soak: Dissolve 150-300 g per gallon of hot water.
    •    Bath soak: Dissolve 300-600 g in a full bath.
