Hazelnuts with a very berry twist: a homemade, tendermelting hazelnut praline and a fruity, crimson blackberry layer elevated with a dash of lemon sit underneath a wafer-thin cranberry couverture and atop a thin milk chocolate layer. It’s covered in a homemade chestnut couverture mixed with some more milk choc. Fruity, nutty with a heavenly melt.
