Leave to infuse for 10 minutes and strain. Do not ingest the exhausted herbs. It is recommended to take a maximum of 12g of erva mate per day, prepared as directed. WARNINGS: Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women (144mg of caffeine in 12g of leaves). Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
