Organic, vegan and biodynamic, this is a full-bodied, dry white from the Pecorino grape. Rich, with nutty flavours and a crisp finish – really delicious and something a bit different.

Tasting Note : Blossom, white fruits and hints of herbaceousness on the nose. The palate is full and dry, with mineral notes and a long, fresh finish.
