    Rooibos with Strawberry - Vanilla

      Description

      From the sandy soils to the western hills of South Africa, this magical rooibos with a fruity and sweet aroma will be a delight for children of all ages, big or small. A treat hot or cold!

       

      Recipe idea:

      Brew 3 tbsp. of With the fairies in half a liter of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes and strain. Pour the infusion into a jug full of ice cubes for a delicious iced rooibos.
      For a drink with a stronger flavor, put 3 tbsp. of WITH THE FAIRIES in a liter of cold water, leave to infuse for at least 5 hours in the fridge, preferably overnight, and treat yourself!

       

      The Elf Cocktail

      Put a teaspoon of cane syrup in a large glass - 130 ml cold infusion of With the fairies - three or four strawberries. Mix.
      Add 80 ml of crémant* and 40 ml of sparkling water.
      Decorate with strawberries on the side of the glass.
