Preparation advice:
Put a tablespoon of masala in a liter of cold water - 2 tablespoons for a stronger infusion - Heat and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Filter and add 1/4 liter of milk (cow, soy, rice, almond, etc.). Heat briefly and sweeten.
Indian tradition: Before filtering the spices, let a teaspoon of black tea steep for five minutes. Add the milk and sugar, and enjoy piping hot!
